Azure Market four fold concentrated vanilla contains less than 4% naturally occurring alcohol, whereas vanilla extracts are 35% alcohol or more. A lower alcohol percentage means less vanilla evaporates during baking, so you can use less to get the same delicious flavor! Four-fold vanilla is made using selected vanilla beans from Veracruz, Tabasco, & Chiapas, Mexico. No added alcohol (less than 4% naturally occurring alcohol from processing).

The sugar in our four fold vanilla extract forms a minimal percentage of the product (less than 1g per teaspoon). It helps extract the flavor by softening the beans and keeps the vanilla compounds in suspension to improve product clarity. While some producers use corn syrup, we only use 100% all-natural crystalized organic cane sugar because we prefer the reliable quality and taste.
