This Azure Market Organic quality Buckwheat is full flavored and a favorite addition to pancakes, waffles and muffins. Buckwheat Flour is milled from whole buckwheat with hulls and husk intact. The hulls add dark flex to the flour adding to the nutrients and wonderful flavor of this flour in your baked goods. 

These flours are made using the Unifine Process. In the Unifine Process the grain enters a high speed rotor and is instantly shattered into fine flour - even the bran and germ are burst! Air goes through the rotor with the grain and blows the flour out, thus keeping it cool throughout the process, retaining many nutrients. With the Unifine Process the natural oils in the grain are kept intact and do not get hot like in regular grain milling and stoneground milling.

Buckwheat is naturally gluten free and this product is packaged in a facility that is gluten tested with a consistent result of less than 20 ppm to meet the standard of gluten-free.
